Ghost Master Pc Game Guide: Spooky Hollow


This assignment isn’t very difficult, though getting a decent time score can be a bit of a challenge. Other than Dragoon, there are three restless spirits that you will need to free.

Scarecrow is the easiest to free. Simply have Harriet use Ethereal Gift near Scarecrow and then bench her. Next bind Hardboiled to the gift and use Seeping Blood. That will free Scarecrow.

Next in line is Blackcrow. This one you can free in a few different ways. All you really have to do is knock down the shack he is buried in. This can be accomplished with either a single Quake or by having a ton of Wind powers in effect.

The third spirit is Stormtallon. He's hidden in the tree in the centre of the lake. You will need at the very least Gather Winds and Rain to free this spirit.

Freeing Dragoon can be a bit of a challenge, especially since he is currently riding for the other team. The easiest way to free him is to have Harriet drop another Ethereal Gift between the main house and the outhouse.
Dragoon the Headless Horseman
Once the gift is there, and you have enough plasm, have fingers use Unearthly Calm. That makes the mortals immune to being scared, even by Dragoon. Once the mortals are protected in this way, you can bind Bluemurder to the bear trap behind the windmill and use Obsession.

After the mortals are at the windmill, bench Bluemurder and use another Unearthly Calm, just to be sure. When the mortals head back to the house, again use a gift outside the house to hit them with Unearthly Calm.

They will then be able to go back to the windmill and oust the traitor without any fear of Dragoon. As soon as Dragoon is freed, let loose with everything you have to scare off the traitor. As soon as he is gone, you win this assignment.

Summary: Unearthly Calm is a much easier technique than using Possession. It's less demanding on the plasm. As far as making the windmill turn to knock down the skull, use at least a Tempest and another Wind power. This is not so necessary if you use Unearthly Calm, since Dragoon can’t touch the protected mortals and all the plasm from the people he does scare is to your benefit!
